# How to set APN for eSIM GLOBAL?


### **How to Set APN for Surfroam eSIM**

To ensure a proper connection, you need to **set the correct APN** on your device.

* * *

### **📱 Android**

1. **Go to:**
    
* **Settings** → **Connections** → **Mobile Networks** → **Access Point Names (APN)**
2. **Create a new APN and enter the following details:**
    
* **Name:** **** `globaldata`, `rh`, or `internet`,
    
* **APN:** **** `globaldata`, `rh`, or `internet`,
3. **DO NOT change or enter any other fields.**
4. **DO NOT modify APN type.**
5. **Save the settings and activate the APN.**
6. **Turn ON Data Roaming:**
    
* **Settings** → **Mobile Networks** → **Enable Data Roaming**
7. **Make sure Mobile Data is set to Surfroam eSIM.**
8. **Turn OFF WiFi and test your connection.**

### **🍏 iOS (iPhone & iPad)**

1. **Go to:**
    
* **Settings** → **Mobile Data (Cellular)** → **Surfroam eSIM** → **Mobile Data Network**
2. **Set the following APN:**
    
* **APN:**  * **** `globaldata`, `rh`, or `internet`
    
* **Enter this in the following sections:**
        
* **Mobile Data**
        
* **LTE**
        
* **Hotspot** *(if available)*
3. **DELETE username and password fields.**
4. **Turn ON Data Roaming:**
    
* **Settings** → **Mobile Data** → **Enable Data Roaming**
5. **Ensure Mobile Data is set to Surfroam eSIM.**
6. **Turn OFF WiFi and test the connection.**
