If you are having trouble connecting in the USA, follow these steps:

**Step 1: Reset APN & Restart Your Phone**



Reset APN settings to default.
Restart your phone and check your connection.

**Step 2: Manually Select IMSI (If Needed)**



If the issue persists, manually select IMSI 25 or IMSI 22, then restart your phone and configure the APN.

Go to Settings β†’ Mobile Data β†’ Surfroam eSIM β†’ SIM Applications.
Select Mode β†’ Set to Manual.
Choose IMSI 25 or IMSI 22.
Restart your phone.
Set APN:

APN should be set automatically.

If needed, manually enter APN: `globaldata` or APN: `rh`.

Set the APN in Mobile Data, LTE, and Hotspot (if used) sections.

Open SIM Toolkit (may also appear as SIM Applications, Profiles, or Tools).
Select Mode β†’ Set to Manual.
Choose IMSI 25 or IMSI 22 from the list.
Restart your phone.
Set APN:

Create a new APN with APN: `globaldata` or APN: `rh`.

Save and activate it.
