How to Activate Your New Surfroam eSIM PLUS
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The QR code is unique and may be used on a single device. If you delete the eSIM, you may activate it again on the same device**.**
**🔹 Before You Begin:**
✔ Use an UNLOCKED device that supports eSIM.
✔ Ensure a stable Wi-Fi connection during activation.
✔ Temporarily turn OFF all other eSIM data plans (if present).
✔ Update your device software to the latest version.
Right after receiving your Surfroam eSIM PLIUS via email, log in to MySurfroam using your registered email.
Locate the activation voucher by tapping the small SIM chip icon on the SIM picture.
Begin activation.

**📱 iOS (iPhone & iPad)**

**Steps to Activate on iPhone:**
Go to: Settings → Mobile Data (or Cellular) → Add Data Plan.
Scan the QR Code received in MySurfroam.
Turn ON Data Roaming:
Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Surfroam eSIM.
Ensure Mobile Data is set to Surfroam eSIM.
Turn OFF Wi-Fi and test your connection.
**🤖 Android (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.)**
**Steps to Activate on Android:**
Go to: Settings → Connections (or Network & Internet) → Mobile Network → SIM Card Manager.
Tap "Add Carrier" or "Add Mobile Plan" and scan the QR code.
Once the Surfroam eSIM is registered, select OK to activate it.
Set Surfroam eSIM as the preferred data line:
Go to Settings → SIM Card Manager → Preferred SIM Card.
Set Mobile Data to Surfroam eSIM.
Enable Data Roaming:
Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Turn ON Data Roaming.
Turn OFF Wi-Fi and test the connection.
