SIM PIN/PUK lock

We do not use security PIN and PUK for our SIM cards.
We strongly recommend DO NOT use SIM lock.

If your SIM is somehow locked, you may get a new SIM or new eSIM and transfer the previous valid balance.

There are two ways how to get a new SIM card:
Purchase a new SIM card with an initial balance*:

Get a replacement new SIM with no balance*:

There are two ways how to get a new eSIM (if your phone is compatible with eSIM):
Purchase new eSIM with an initial balance*:

Get a replacement from with the €5 cost deducted from previous balance*:

*After activation, ask us for the previous valid balance transfer.
