Balance transfer

We complimentarily transfer your previous and valid balance in the following cases:

eSIM is accidentally erased or not properly activated
SIM is lost or stolen
Outdated eSIM or SIM

According to the Surfroam Terms and Conditions, every initial balance is valid for one year from the purchase date, and the next recharge will prolong this period to the next year.

Balance may be prolonged during the validity period only by recharging the balance.
After the Surfroam balance validity period ends, the unused balance is zeroed automatically and cannot be returned.
