How can I get an invoice for my purchase?
By your request, we issue invoices for:
- VAT registered company (VAT is calculated and placed inside the final price)
Please make sure that in this case, you have paid using a Company's PayPal account or the Company's bank card
- not-VAT registered company
In this case, we additionally add the country VAT, in which your company is registered. - Individual person.
You may get an invoice in a few ways:
- send a request to billing@surfroam.com
- leave a note on your order (with a VAT number, if there is one)
We do not issue invoices for the previous account period, which is closed.
