How to set APN for eSIM GLOBAL?

How to Set APN for Surfroam eSIM


To ensure a proper connection, you need to set the correct APN on your device.



📱 Android


  1. Go to:


  • Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Access Point Names (APN)
  1. Create a new APN and enter the following details:


  • Name: **** globaldata, rh, or internet,
  • APN: **** globaldata, rh, or internet,
  1. DO NOT change or enter any other fields.
  2. DO NOT modify APN type.
  3. Save the settings and activate the APN.
  4. Turn ON Data Roaming:


  • Settings → Mobile Networks → Enable Data Roaming
  1. Make sure Mobile Data is set to Surfroam eSIM.
  2. Turn OFF WiFi and test your connection.



🍏 iOS (iPhone & iPad)


  1. Go to:


  • Settings → Mobile Data (Cellular) → Surfroam eSIM → Mobile Data Network
  1. Set the following APN:


  • APN: * **** globaldata, rh, or internet
  • Enter this in the following sections:
  • Mobile Data
  • LTE
  • Hotspot (if available)
  1. DELETE username and password fields.
  2. Turn ON Data Roaming:


  • Settings → Mobile Data → Enable Data Roaming
  1. Ensure Mobile Data is set to Surfroam eSIM.
  2. Turn OFF WiFi and test the connection.
