**How to Set APN for Surfroam eSIM**

To ensure a proper connection, you need to set the correct APN on your device.

**📱 Android**

Go to:

Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Access Point Names (APN)
Create a new APN and enter the following details:

Name: globaldata, rh, or internet,

APN: globaldata, rh, or internet,
DO NOT change or enter any other fields.
DO NOT modify APN type.
Save the settings and activate the APN.
Turn ON Data Roaming:

Settings → Mobile Networks → Enable Data Roaming
Make sure Mobile Data is set to Surfroam eSIM.
Turn OFF WiFi and test your connection.

**🍏 iOS (iPhone & iPad)**

Go to:

Settings → Mobile Data (Cellular) → Surfroam eSIM → Mobile Data Network
Set the following APN:

APN: globaldata, rh, or internet, (if applicable)*

Enter this in the following sections:

Mobile Data

LTE

Hotspot (if available)*
DELETE username and password fields.
Turn ON Data Roaming:

Settings → Mobile Data → Enable Data Roaming
Ensure Mobile Data is set to Surfroam eSIM.
Turn OFF WiFi and test the connection.
