Please reset APN, restart your phone and check connection.

If that does not work, please set the location to IMSI 22 using manual mode, restart your phone, set APN globaldata and check connection.

TO SET LOCATION IMSI using iOS:
Please go to Mobile Data -> Surfroam eSIM -> SIM Applications.
You will see the following menu:

Country
Mode
ICCID

select *Mode >
set it to *Manual >
set *IMSI 22 from the list.

restart your phone, set APN globaldata and check connection.

TO SET LOCATION IMSI using Android:
Please go to your phone applications screen, and find the new Application "SIM Toolkit”
(application appears on your phone applications screen with icon looks like SIM chip, and may have different names, like SIM Applications, Profiles or Tools)
Start it.
You will see the following menu:

Country
Mode
ICCID

select *Mode >
set it to *Manual >
set *IMSI 22 from the list.

restart your phone, set APN globaldata and check connection.
