Please go to:

on Android:
Applications > SIM Services or SIM Toolkit (will appear a new app between your other apps with icon like a SIM Chip named SIM APPLICATIONS, PROFILES, TOOLS or TOOLKIT)
on iOS:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications
on Windows:
Settings > mobile + SIM > SIM settings > SIM applications
on Non-smartphones:
Main menu of the device > select SIM Services or SIM Toolkit

Tap to Location menu

Tap on *GLOBAL

Wait few minutes and try connection.

In the USA we got coverage in AT&T network, the speed may vary depending on your current location.
