How to set country?

For Android:
Browse your applications on the phone screen.
You will find a new app SIM Applications.
Usually, it has an icon with a small gear.
SIM applications appear after Surfroam eSIM is activated or turned ON.



Start it, and you will see the menu:

* Country
* Mode
* ICCID

Please choose the Country section, and select the country name you are located in now.

Toggle ON/OFF aeroplane mode, or restart your phone.
Wait for a constant network signal and check the connection.

2. For iOS:

Please go to Mobile Data -> Surfroam eSIM -> SIM Applications.
You will see the following menu:

* Country
* Mode
* ICCID

Please go to the *Country section and select your current country name.

You may do the same another way:

Please go to MySurfroam, tap to Rates section and find your current location country.
You will find the corresponding IMSI number. Remember it.

Go to SIM Applications (described above)
select *Mode >
set it to *Manual >
set correct *IMSI from the list.

Toggle ON/OFF aeroplane mode, or restart your phone.
Wait for a constant network signal and check the connection.
