How to transfer my eSIM to a new device?
**How to Transfer Your Surfroam eSIM to a New Device**
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Surfroam eSIM QR codes are unique and can only be used on a single device.
However, if you delete the eSIM, it may be reactivated on the SAME DEVICE.
For every NEW phone (device), you need a new eSIM profile, which will require a new eSIM.
**🔄 Reactivating Surfroam eSIM on the Same Device**
If you accidentally removed your Surfroam eSIM and need to reactivate it on the same device:
Go to Settings → Mobile Data (or Cellular) → Add Data Plan.
Rescan the original QR code (if available).
If the QR code is no longer available, you will need to order a new eSIM.
**🔄 Transferring Surfroam eSIM to a New Device**
If you need to use your eSIM on a different device, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Purchase a New Surfroam eSIM , or contact Surfroam Support Team via chat or email support@surfroam.com.
2️⃣ Activate the New eSIM on Your Device.
3️⃣ Balance Transfers:
If your previous eSIM has a balance, we will transfer it to your new eSIM > Contact us via chat or at support@surfroam.com
