"Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change. Try again later" message

**"Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change" or "Your Cellular Plan Could Not Be Set Up" Error**



If you see this message while setting up your new Surfroam eSIM, it typically means:
✔ Your WiFi signal is weak, interrupting the eSIM setup.
✔ An existing active eSIM is blocking the activation.

**How to Fix This Issue:**



1️⃣ Use an UNLOCKED device – Ensure your phone is not carrier-locked and supports eSIM.

2️⃣ Connect to a Strong WiFi Network – Weak or unstable WiFi can prevent proper eSIM activation.

3️⃣ Temporarily Disable All Other eSIMs

Go to: SettingsMobile Data (or Cellular)
Turn OFF all other eSIM data plans
Then, try activating your Surfroam eSIM again.

Once the new eSIM is fully activated, you can turn your other eSIMs back on if needed.
