What is IMSI?

Surfroam is made for constant travellers and implements multi-layered backup for connection in any covered country.

One Surfroam eSIM carries many SIM profiles onboard, which we call IMSI.

So,

Surfroam eSIM has IMSI 2, IMSI 7, IMSI 10, IMSI 22, IMSI 25, and IMSI 26.

Surfroam SIM has IMSI 2, IMSI 10, IMSI 22, and IMSI 23.

The eSIM automatically selects a preset IMSI in every country and sets the APN. However, you may also set the IMSI manually.

For example, we provide coverage in Portugal via IMSI 7, IMSI 22, IMSI 23, and IMSI 25, so if something goes wrong, you have multiple options for getting connected.

Based on our long experience, the best choice is the iPhone and eSIM. They work automatically in most countries and are easily manageable.

You must know how to switch IMSI and set APN for a comfortable voyage.
