Why I've got zero on my balance?
It seems like your Surfroam initial balance has been spent entirely, or the validity period expired, and the balance became zero.
According to the Surfroam Terms and conditions, every initial balance is valid for one year (365 days) from the initial purchase/recharge date. The next recharge prolongs this period to the following year.
Anytime you can log in to My Surfroam and check your Surfroam balance expiration date.
You may prolong your Surfroam balance during the validity period only by recharging the balance.
After the Surfroam balance validity period end, the balance becomes zero and does not return.
