- iOS
If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can view your APN settings in one of the following locations:
•Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Network
•Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network
Please enter APN globaldata (one word small letters no spaces) into sections Mobile Data, LTE and Hotspot if available.

On step Enter Internet information please enter:

APN: globaldata
Proceed to end and restart your device

Turn Wi-Fi OFF
Your device is now configured to use Surfroam for mobile data. You may have to wait up to 5 minutes for the SIM card, local network and the Surfroam service provider to update each other to allow you to use local data for the first time in a new country.
It's a good idea to check any apps you have running for those that are using push notifications or mobile data, turning off any that are unnecessary. This will reduce the amount of mobile data you'll be using. Email and social media apps often use data in the background.
Then constant 3G mark/signal appears in status bar please check your connection, for example, open internet browser and check google.com

Troubleshooting:
If a 3G signal is not come up, or some error is shown on a screen during network search, or no connection in browser, please do next: go to carrier / network selection and switch it to manual mode (turn off auto), then wait to get list of available networks. Then choose few networks one by one. After few tries please switch carrier/network selection mode back to auto and wait few minutes to get constant signal, then check connection, for example open internet browser and check google.com
