Can I make phone calls with my Surfroam SIM?
Surfroam is a data-only service, so it does not support traditional voice calls, nor SMS send/receive. However, there are a number of Voice over IP (VoIP) and messaging services available, such as Skype, Viber, WhatsApp that will enable you to send messages and make voice calls using Surfroam. Will my Surfroam SIM expire?
Your Surfroam SIM card has an unlimited lifetime.* However, you have successful connection as long as you have a valid balance. *Surfroam endeavors to provide the Customer with high-quality service. Same time, Surfroam does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, delivered on time, safely or properly.
Differences between SIM and eSIM
Surfroam SIM carries onboard all three location profiles and gives you full coverage. Surfroam eSIM has three separate profiles: Global (TIM), Global+ (Vf_Nl), and Ultra (Partner). Each profile gives you access to a dedicated set of countries worldwide. You need to collect all three separate eSIM profiles to get full coverage. Surfroam SIM is compatible with all unlocked GSM devices.
Can I switch my Surfroam SIM to eSIM?
Surfroam eSIM is a dedicated service, and that's why SIM cannot be converted to eSIM. You may get an eSIM as an addition and have two ways to be connected.

I lost my Surfroam SIM, what can I do?
If you lost your Surfroam SIM card, please inform us, as soon as possible, your lost Surfroam SIM number, we will block it and hold the balance. Then you may place an order (purchase) for a new Surfroam SIM card. We add your previous SIM balance to a new one Surfroam SIM.
Does Surfroam SIM has a PIN lock?
The Surfroam SIM does have a PIN lock, but this is disabled at the factory. If you want to use the PIN lock functionality, please find your PIN, PUK, ICCID and Surfroam Number on a SIM cardholder.
Why have to put Surfroam SIM into Slot 1?
In dual-slot smartphones, you have to put Surfroam SIM into SLOT 1. It is guaranteed that the Surfroam SIM card will be activated correctly and registered in a network as fast as possible. SLOT 2 supports "simple SIM's," local SIM's and SD cards, in many cases depending on the manufacturer device, SLOT 2 does not support new smart SIM technologies.
