I get MMI code problem message

**MMI Code Problem – Troubleshooting Steps**



If you receive an MMI code problem message, please follow these steps to resolve it:

Set Carrier/Network Selection to Automatic


Go to SettingsMobile NetworkNetwork Selection

Ensure Automatic is enabled
Enable Data Roaming


Go to SettingsMobile NetworkData Roaming

Ensure Data Roaming is ON
Set Preferred Network Type to 3G/4G


Go to SettingsMobile NetworkPreferred Network Type

Select 3G/4G (or LTE, if available)
Reset and Configure APN


Delete all existing APN records

Create a new APN with the following settings:

APN: globaldata (one word, all lowercase)*

Do not change any other fields
Restart Your Device


Turn your phone OFF and ON

Check your connection

If the issue persists, try toggling Airplane Mode ON/OFF and test your connection again.
