How to find Surfroam SIM Toolkit Menu?

Please make sure that Surfroam SIM is placed into SLOT 1
No other SIM cards inserted
Set preferred Network connection type to 3G and disable VoLTE

Then, please find SIM Toolkit Menu as follows:

Android:
Go to Applications -> SIM Services or SIM Toolkit (will be an app between your other apps)

iOS:
Go to Settings -> Phone or Mobile Data -> SIM Applications -> Location selection

Windows:
Settings -> mobile + SIM -> SIM settings -> SIM applications

Non-smartphones:
Go to the main menu of the device -> select SIM Services or SIM Toolkit.
