Getting started with my Surfroam SIM
Please follow the Quick Start Guide.
You need to install the Surfroam SIM into your unlocked mobile device in to SLOT 1 and configure it to use the Surfroam service.
Please follow simple instruction below:
Make sure that there are enough funds on your Surfroam SIM balance
Ensure that the power is turned off on your device
Remove the old SIM (if one installed), pop out the matching sized Surfroam SIM, install it in your device and power up your deviPopularGetting started on an Android device

Before You Start
Insert the Surfroam SIM into Slot 1 (if your device has multiple SIM slots).
Remove any other SIM cards to avoid conflicts.
Set Preferred Network Type to 3G and disable VoLTE:
Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile Network.
Select Preferred Network Type → Choose 3G.
Disable VoLTE (if available).

On Android:
Open Apps (App Drawer).

In case if you use Surfroam SIM in the pocket router, you need to set proper location profile on your SIM in advance using any unlocked phone with roaming enabled.

Wait for constant signal and take Surfroam SIM out of the phone
Place SIM into your router, turn it ON

SIM Toolkit is a built-in Surfroam SIM app that appears between your phone Applications or Utilities as an icon that looks like a SIM chip. It can be named SIM Applications, Profile, or Tools.

No need to download it from anywhere - it is stored in eSIM or SIM memory.

go to Settings General Profiles delete any installed APN profile (if present)
go to Settings Mobile Data Mobile Data Options Mobile Data Network
Enter APN globaldata (one word, small letters, no spaces) into the Mobile Data, LTE, and Hotspot sections if available.
Delete username and password if present.
Please restart the iPhone.

Set Carrier/Network Selection to Automatic
Go to Settings → Mobile Network → Network Selection
Ensure Automatic is enabled
Enable Data Roaming

Ensure Data Roaming is ON
Set Preferred Network Type to 3G/4G
