How to activate my new eSIM?
1. Use an UNLOCKED device only.
2. Get a reliable WiFi connection.
3. Temporarily turn OFF all eSIM data plans.
Right after you receive the Surfroam eSIM to your email, please login into the MySurfroam application with your customer email.

Go to:
Connections -Mobile Networks -Access Point Names.
Set Surfroam APN for Surfroam eSIM.
DO NOT CHANGE any OTHER fields
DO NOT CHANGE or enter APN type
Turn ON Roaming, make sure Mobile Data is set to Surfroam eSIM, turn OFF WiFi and check connection.
iOS
Go to:
Settings Mobile Data (Cellular) DATA PLANS (Surfroam eSIM) Mobile Data Network

Browse your applications on the phone screen.
You will find a new app SIM Applications.
Usually, it has an icon with a small gear.
SIM applications appear after Surfroam eSIM is activated or turned ON.
Start it, and you will see the menu:
* Country
* Mode
* ICCID

If that does not work, please set the location to IMSI 22 using manual mode, restart your phone, set APN globaldata and check connection.
TO SET LOCATION IMSI using iOS:
Please go to Mobile Data -Surfroam eSIM -SIM Applications.
You will see the following menu:

select *Mode >
set it to *Manual >
set *IMSI 22 from the list.
